Function

Tile roll forming machine consists of uncoiler and its base,infeed guides,fixed position driven forming stations,pressing die,shearing device,hydraulic station,PLC control console and so on.Our company has dozens of profile models for this series roll forming machine,We can design different kinds of profile and fittings for machine,as per customers' requirement.

Control system

Taida PLC is adopted to organize all actions of the machine. The length of workpiece is adjustable according to the setting of on the PLC. Two optional control modes: automatic and manual. By automatic mode, the machine can realize fully automatic working. In order to make the machine has a long service life and easy maintenance; we only adopt globally famous electrical components. And by our special designed program, the human-computer interface is very easy to be adopted by any level of operators.

Main Forming Engine

This unit includes 11 molding processes with independent open arch structure.

The mechanical spreading width : 550mm.

Arch material : HT450 , tempered.

The column cross-section size: 80 x 70, with sufficient strength and reliable quality assurance. Vertical guiding roller numbers: 3

Roller diameter of vertical guiding roller: 80

Material: 40Cr steel, quenched and tempered.

Bearing type: regulation 6212, each has 4.

Use 1 inch double chain drive between the transmission gear box ; universal transmission shaft between the roller shafts, and the universal transmission shaft type is140-275. Use 1.5 inch dual chain drive between the speed reducer.
